Enjoy this summer's concert series down at the Charlson Thun Community Bandstand! 

Organized by the City of Victoria's Parks & Recreation Department, this year's lineup features fun for all ages. Bring a lawn chair or blanket as you find a comfy spot on the hill overlooking the stage.

2024 Victoria Concerts in the Park Lineup
June 5 – Kidpower with Rachael
Kidpower with Rachael is a delightful and engaging children's music show that combines interactive music, and educational content.  Concert is from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

June 12* - Ragtown 

Ragtown is a Minnesota based band that plays various genres of music. 

June 26* - Salsa del Soul
Salsa del Soul is a nine-piece orchestra performing various styles of dance music from the Spanish-speaking regions of the Caribbean. The musicians of Salsa del Soul represent some of the finest talents in the Twin Cities Latin music scene. The styles of music they perform include Son, Son Montuno, Plena, Cha-cha-cha, Bachata, Merengue, Timba, and, of course, Salsa! 

July 10* - The Castaways
The Castaways are a nationally known Minnesota based rock'n'roll band that provide an exciting show. The band features a versatile song list and plays the best hits. The Castaways put on a great family-friendly show for all ages with lots of audience interaction. 

July 17 - And Then There Were Eight
And Then There Were Eight is a Genesis cover band that also features the music of Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel and the off-shoot bands that came out of the great British band Genesis. 

July 24* - Short on Cash
The Short on Cash band plays the songs and sounds of Classic County Music & Rockability. Including Waylon and Willie, Hank and Elvis, Patsy & Tammy, Loretta, Judds. 

July 31 - Minnesota Valley Community Band
The Minnesota Valley Community Band is a group of 60+ dedicated individuals who enjoy playing for the public. They are located in the Chanhassen/Chaska area but have members from many surrounding cities. The band was formed in the summer of 1986 and has been playing concerts in Carver County and the surrounding environs ever since.

August 7 - The Bazillions
The Bazillions are a robust, growing children's education and entertainment band featuring kid-friendly rock-n-roll the whole family can enjoy.  Concert is from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

August 14* - Crossfire
The Crossfire Band is a four-piece musical group of talented and versatile musicians that play a wide variety of great dance music. Crossfire features keyboards, lead guitar, bass guitar and drums. They have a large and diverse repertoire of songs so they can entertain any crowd at any event. 

August 21 - The Capri Big Band
The Capri Big Band is a Jazz band out of the Twin Cities with lots of energy. This band has over 20 members who range in age from 13-80 years old. They play a diverse selection of music from some well-known artists such as Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra and Etta James. 

August 28* - Jonah and The Whales
Jonah and The Whales are known for their new music, iconic costumes, and killer dancing fun. From pop to rock, country to punk, The Whales deliver their biggest beluga bash yet.

Dates: Wednesdays Evenings, June 5 through August 28, 2024 (No Concerts on June 19 or July3)
Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Cost: Free
Location:  Charlson Thun Community Bandstand
Potential Weather Impacts: The City of Victoria will make a decision by noon the day of the outdoor event if it cannot be hosted due to expected inclement weather. Any cancelations will be noticed on this webpage as well at the Weather Hotline at (952) 443-4260.
