Stop by the fresh new Victoria Farmers Market at ENKI to gather and connect with friends while picking up local goods to eat!
The City of Victoria has a tent at the market to spotlight community resources around the area with everyone. The Victoria Farmers Market at ENKI is open from 3 to 6 p.m. on Thursdays from June 22 to September 28, 2023 in the lower ENKI parking lot.

June 29, 2023: Water Conservation — Learn more about Water Conservation Education and discover more about lawn care with the University of Minnesota’s Turfgrass Science team.

July 6, 2023: Public Works — Learn more about the City of Victoria’s Public Works Department as they show off some of the heavy equipment used to make Victoria safe and beautiful.
July 13, 2023: Picnic in a Park — Learn more about the City of Victoria’s parks and trails system and the best spots to bring a picnic made from all the locally grown and made items that can be purchased at the Victoria Farmers Market.
July 27, 2023: Growing Early Readers — Learn more about the Victoria Branch of the Carver County Library System and grab a complementary book provided by Friends of the Victoria Library.

August 10, 2023: Food for All — Learn more about Bountiful Basket Food Shelf, a food shelf that has been serving Chaska, Carver, Chanhassen, Victoria and the surrounding area for over 14 years as they help people and families with hunger relief. Feel free to donate to the food shelf during the market. Currently, their needs include: Cereal, Ready-to-eat Meals, Cooking Oil, Flour & Sugar, Spaghetti Sauce & Pasta, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Canned Chicken & Tuna, Canned Pineapple & Mandarin Oranges, Applesauce, Canned Corn & Carrots, Mac & Cheese, Cake Mixes & Frosting, Toilet Paper, Diapers (Size 3, 4, 5,6), Baby Wipes, Dish & Laundry Soap (Individual Sizes Approx. 16 oz Each), Brown Paper Bags
During the market on August 10, the City of Victoria will also be featuring upcoming transportation projects within the city.
August 17, 2023: Fire Safety — Learn more about the Victoria Fire Department as they share information about fire safety and show off their fire engines and equipment.
August 24, 2023: Growing Early Readers — Learn more about the Victoria Branch of the Carver County Library System and grab a complementary book provided by Friends of the Victoria Library.
August 31, 2023: Lowry Nature — Learn more about the nature surrounding Victoria from the Lowry Nature Center located in the Carver Park Reserve.
