PLEASE NOTE: CITY OF VICTORIA WILL TRANSITION TO A NEW NOTIFICATION SYSTEM ON MARCH 1, 2023
Starting March 1, 2023, the City of Victoria will transition to MailChimp for its e-notification system. Transitioning to MailChimp will allow the City to better notify residents on city news and alerts as well as increase transparency of City meetings and business.
Text (SMS) messaging e-notification will be phased out as part of the transition and subscribers using the e-notification text message feature will no longer receive texts for City notifications. We recommend any text messaging subscribers transition to email e-notification via this form. Community members that are already subscribed to email e-notifications will not see a change in e-notifications received.
