Kirke Lachen Park

Enjoy a quiet moment in nature at the Kirke Lachen Park Nature Area.
Kirke Lachen Park is a beautiful place for community members to enjoy the beauty of Victoria and take in the surrounding nature. Rain gardens surround the park to capture and retain rain water. The Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail, that stretches from Hopkins to Victoria, winds up into and ends in the park.
John and Nancy Upton, Victoria residents, have been actively involved in maintaining and improving Kirke Lachen Park over the years. As part of the City's adopt-a-park program, the Uptons regularly clean up litter and maintain the landscaping and rain gardens in the park. Their commitment to the park and care for the area is an inspiration to others and a shining example of how small actions can make a big impact in our community.
