The city's comprehensive policy manual sets forth policies and procedures by which the city council, advisory boards, ad-hoc committees, city manager, and city staff shall conduct city business and activities.
Annually, city staff will review and draft housekeeping changes as necessary to the individual policies that comprise the comprehensive policy manual. The council will review and approve any new policies or policies with substantive changes separately. Once approved, staff will incorporate any new or modified policies into a revised comprehensive policy manual that will be presented to council annually for review and adoption.
